EZCheck System: Self-Driven Microfluidics
The EZCheck system utilizes a self-driven microfluidic cartridge—a proprietary innovation developed by TrustBio—which eliminates the need for external pumps or power-controlled systems.

Design Principles of the EZCheck Cartridge
Gravity-Driven Flow: Fluids move downward across multiple chambers using gravity-assisted self-actuation, enabling a compact, vertically stacked structure. This approach ensures smooth flow and minimizes the risk of cross-contamination.
Capillary Valve Control: Specific sections of the microchannels are modified to be hydrophilic or hydrophobic, allowing precise control over fluid timing, distribution, and sequencing.
Integrated Lyophilized Reagents: Dried reagent beads are preloaded into the reaction chambers and automatically rehydrate upon contact with fluid to initiate the proprietary eLAMP reaction.
Extraction-Free Operation: The cartridge features a built-in lysis module, eliminating the need for separate nucleic acid extraction, thus simplifying workflows and reducing hands-on time.
