CTC isolation

Over the past decade, cell-free DNA (cfDNA; also known as circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) and circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are now identified as potential non-invasive biomarkers capable of providing such information from cancer. TrustBio not only provides the solutions for cfDNA extraction fom large volumes of clinical blood or urine samples and also focuses on CTCs isolation and cfDNA/CTCs co-isolation.

DNA methylation

Besides of the identification of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and cell-free DNA (cfDNA) as potential blood-based biomarkers, DNA methylation is considered to be an earlier event in the process of cancer development and progression. In the aim to combine CTCs fraction and cfDNA with DNA methylation analysis, TrustBio is also working on developing automated solutions for these informative cancer screening tools.
